*Rules and Regulations*

1.) The tournament is Open for all

2.) Chess computer, BOTs, Human Assistance, external help is strictly prohibited. If any player gets banned or his/her account is Closed after the tournament then their prize will be forfeited. In that case, the next person according to final Rankings will be given prize, as applicable. 

3.) The Prize Money is guaranteed and the Tournament will not be Cancelled/Postponed under any circumstances (except lichess server error or any technical issue). 

4.) Rating Category is based of FIDE Standard (Classical Ratings). 

5.) One player is eligible for one prize only, whichever is higher. 

6.) ID Proof is must for claiming special category prizes. 

7.) Prize List will be Published 72 Hours after the tournament after the Anti - Cheating measures are completed. All the prizes will be distributed within 5-6 days after the tournament. 

8.) Entry fee once paid is non - refundable. 

9.) All the players will have to play with their Main Lichess Account. Any act of violation of our terms and conditions will lead to ban of that player. 

10.) In case of any dispute, the final decision of our Organizing Committee will be Final.
